LABORTIME was founded in 2003 by two professionals from the outsourcing division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Brazil: Ailson Gonçalves, former Operations Manager, and Daniel Cardoso, former Relationship Manager.
Since then, LABORTIME has stood out for its integration of technology, expertise and specialized labor in the management and operational execution of personnel administration and people management routines. We operate in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and SaaS (Software as a Service) models, offering cloud solutions to automate and optimize HR processes, payroll, electronic timekeeping, benefits, digital admission, among others – all accessible via subscription, without the need for its own infrastructure.
